💡 Finding Freedom in Boundaries
A while back, I received an amazing text message from one of my clients.
She had been asked by her boss to get on the plane again and go speak at another conference.
Pausing to reflect on her values and priorities, she realized this opportunity conflicted with her commitment to family time.
She went ahead and politely declined the offer, emphasizing that she had been doing a bunch of work on her values, and setting boundaries so she can be true to herself and her family.
Surprisingly her boss was happy with her response and simply went and found someone else to do the trip.
She unashamedly made a decision that aligned with her values…
