Building the attitude that leads to success (part 2)

Building the attitude that leads to success (part 2)

In the previous section of this chapter, we have seen the necessity of having a great enthusiasm which is the first step into building a sound successful attitude. In this section, we will see what it takes to build a sound positive attitude.

Imagine an insurance agent knocking at your door and tells you they are sell ing not a life, disease or disaster wise insurance policy, rather, they are selling an attitude insurance policy. In addition, they tell you that your attitude will completely change, your entire life will be improved so lon that you pay the price. Would you subscribe?! How much are you ready to pay for it?! Can yu estimate such an insurance policy to its rightful value?! I have a good news for you! In the next few lines, you are going to discover a method that will grant a good attitude today and a better attitude tomorrow! It will just require a little bit of your time, lack of time will not be your excuse therefore. It requires les efforts than to climb up the stairs of your office, to carry luggage or to dance. Therefore, you will not be able to say that the price is high and beyond what you can afford. You are surely wondering about the cost. Let’s say that the cost will be inferior to zero, for the benefit will be greater than the overall cost.

This method is divided in three stages. But, before we head over to the three stages, let us first analyze and understand how your brain functions.

Your brain is like a garden! As you know full well, if you sow beans, you will never rip potatoes. You sow beans, you will but rip potatoes. Of course, you do not sow one bean grain to rip one grain later, you sow one grain of bean to rip a lot of bean grains. Between sowing time and harvest time, there is a huge multiplication of results that takes place. This is how your brain works. Whatever you plant into your brain, will come out of it having been multiplied. Plant something negative or positive, and what you will harvest shall be plentiful because, between sowing time and harvest time, imagination steps in and multiplies the result. Beware therefore, about what you let into your brain. I am pretty sure that if I come into your house and I pour a hundred litters of trash in your living room, we will surely get into a fight. Either you will beat me up with your hands, or you will call the police or even still, you will take out your gun and tell me : am sure you can clean it up to, which I will reply : sure! Curiously, you keep on telling your friends and whoever you meet the story of a guy who once entered into your house and poured out his trash content in your living room. You will construct an everlasting story about that trash.

I have a question for you: what do you do to people who empty their trash can into your mind?! how do you react when facing people who tell you the things you cannot do and which ends up partitioning your capacities?! How do you react in front of people who are saying evil things about you, your activity, your family, etc. what do you do, when people keep on throwing their negative decays in your mind?! Do you simply smile and say it does not bother you to be the public dust bin?! No, you cannot deceive yourself furthermore. If one is full of filth, one shall only bring out filth. The person who throws their filth into your mind does harm you a thousand times more than the one throwing it into your living room. Every thought that penetrates your mind, shall have an impact therein.

Contradictions concerning the power of the mind are sometimes wat too funny. The people who deeply study progress tell us all about the power of instructions and they have great examples to portray the facts. They prove that what you put into your mind produces a positive effect. Yet, the same people will tell us with vehemence, that we should not worry about all the rubbish that is printed, shown on TV shows, movies, songs, on the radio and the worst of all, on the Internet. They try to explain to us that all of that rubbish cannot affect us. You agree with me that all of that lacks coherence! The brain is a devoted servant, that obeys to all the instructions we give it.  Your entire life is good or bad in your head, between your two ears. If your business is bad in your head, it will be in the real life. If you think right, your business shall go right also.

In the last part of this chapter, we will discuss the three step method that will help us keep the proper attitude in front of any circumstance of our lives.
