December is already kicking, and we have decided to release the last version of our newsletter in 2023 a little differently than the previous ones.
Today, we will show you a few of our key business numbers of 2023, while in the next newsletter, the first of the year we will talk about the goals for 2024.

B2B
On the B2B side, we work with 20 amazing clients!
Mainly in Direct Hiring - (recruiting permanent roles like Head of Engineering or Senior Software engineers) - we usually sourced more than 200 candidates for each role and ensured that our clients did a good assessment of their culture and technical fit.
We also did RPOs / In-house service - where we added someone of the Hiire’s team to our clients, being embedded and proving not only regular hires but improving systems and employer brand reputation.
We did 1 big training for Secil, improving their interview skills on multiple levels.

Finally, we also did partnerships and lead generation for different brands, from HR tech to Co-work spaces.
The list is too big to mention every single one (we did mention all of them in previous newsletters) but every single one had a big impact on Hiire’s growth and learnings.
From November we also achieved great results, we just hired 4 people for 2 different clients, making the number of total placements in 2023 being 21 (we still can make a few more in December).
Career Advisory
In our career program, we worked together with 16 amazing people looking for new challenges. We helped them with our Career Advisory program which will have a new look and more options early next year.
Yes, we keep hiring and we have multiple roles open for different locations (Remote, Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands).
