ELLISDON NEWS

We celebrated our 73rd birthday! We celebrated this milestone by doing something a little different this year. We announced we've set up bouncy castles across the country for our employees to enjoy. Yes, you read that right - bouncy castles! We wanted to do something fun and unexpected to mark this special occasion. We know our employees work hard every day, so we wanted to give them a chance to let loose and have some fun. We're grateful for all our employees and everything they do to make EllisDon a success. Here's to another year of growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Happy birthday, EllisDon and Happy April Fool’s Day!

We shared the architectural design for the expansion of the Arts Commons Transformation in Calgary! After two years of meticulous planning and design work, Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) and its partners at Arts Commons and City of Calgary, have officially revealed new renderings of the Calgary Arts Commons. The new building will feature a new 1,000-seat theatre and 200-seat studio theatre, marking a significant step forward in the delivery of the largest arts-focused infrastructure project currently underway in Canada.

We are looking forward to bringing this beautiful building to life!

Another milestone for EllisDon as we achieved the New Brunswick Museum revitalization project in Saint John! EllisDon has been selected as the construction manager for the project - with extensive experience in complex cultural projects and a commitment to community building, we're the ideal partner to help the museum realize their vision for a revitalized space.

“This partnership is not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about building a legacy that will stand as a testament to the shared values and aspirations of this vibrant province,” says Shaun Stiles P.Eng, Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Atlantic Canada, honoured to undertake the work.

We're excited to bring our expertise and experience to the project and make it a success!
