FIND is 3 years old!

FIND turns three next week.

I write one of these posts each year – it’s a great self-reflection task for me, but I hope someone out there enjoys reading them! 😊

Firstly, and most importantly, people.

We welcomed Louise Ness & Amy Mason this year – two new hires who have smashed their first year with us! We are stoked to see what you both achieve in year 2!

Some of our FIND’ers have also grown their families!

·        Jordo, Aish & I welcomed new additions to our families this year 👶

·        James adopted an amazing 2 year-old German Shepherd, called Emma 🐶

·        Charley welcomed a cross Staffy x Sausage dog – google it, they are very cute 🐶

That’s the personal updates, now to business…

The markets were strange in H1 of this year, it felt slow to get moving. Maybe it was the election, maybe it’s the market still continuing to right-size post the 21 boom. Who knows, but I’m super proud of what we delivered.

Firstly, Anton (our NED) always tells me to stop comparing FY23 to FY22. We delivered 69% YoY growth and hired 4 FIND’ers. We didn’t deliver the same growth, but we did still grow!  

Here’s what we did do –

·        265 Perm job placements (252 PY)

·        Helped 57 different companies win Talent (53 PY)

·        Hired 2 new FIND’ers (4 PY)

·        Promoted Leoni Stevens to Senior Talent Partner

·        Created 2 x new headcount (we’re still hiring now!)

It’s been a challenging & testing year – but I believe we’ve stood by our mission and values and continued to deliver (and grow) through exceptional service delivery.

What’s next?

We have some exciting new projects, services & divisions in the making – I can’t wait to see these come to life.
