From Burnout to Brilliance

Burnout and mental health are so close to my heart. After having NO CHOICE but to leave education in 2014 I was literally on my ar*e and a shadow of my former self.

A grade 1 Outstanding Lecturer in Art, Design, and Media reduced to someone who couldn't literally string sentences together or silence the intrusive thoughts.

I was signed off from the college for 5 months after thinking that driving my car into a wall in Marple may be a good idea. Thankfully I had an amazing boss who could see I wasn't right. Her love and compassion to put people above profit meant that I started to ask for help.

In the following 5 months, I threw myself into creativity and created a wonderful huge collagraph print that represented everything that I had been carrying but not talking about.

The loss of both parents, the subsequent BS that comes when a division of estates between 5 siblings with 3 different dads.

The deep sadness and loneliness of grief and the fact that I was a friend, partner, AA sponsor, and respected tutor meant I wore so many masks.

In the hope of clinging on. I suffered from poor mental health. The shame of not 'being well' kept me in a place of vulnerability without support. I crumbled.

Me & Mum
Me & Dad

Seen, heard, cared for and supported.

THEN I found group coaching.

Then I felt seen, heard, cared for, and supported.

Over the period of 12 weeks, I went from a shell of myself to someone who saw hope. Someone who could see that there would be other opportunities, I would be able to bounce back.

I also came to the knowledge that I mattered and that it was time for me to look after myself.

I had been somewhere similar when I got sober at 30, but this was different.

The difference has been that I believe I am still in recovery, but this is a positive, ongoing recovery of learning about myself and being in an amazing position to help others.

Coaching Breathes Life.

It just so happened that Coaching became my new career. Coaching breathed new life into me and my passion is to do the same to others.

So I wanted to do something that meant that I was available in a different way for 10 people a year as part of Mental Health Week.

OFFER ENDS 31st May

I wanted to be able to price this exclusive offer at the same price point that I accessed the support in 2014.

£20.75 a week for saving my life was an incredible bargain.

I owe my life to coaching, specifically group coaching but this offer is for 121 calls, WhatsApp and Facetime at a time when you need it most.

If it is not for YOU I appreciate you may know someone who would benefit from this. Be a friend and invite them to subscribe.

It may just save their life.

If you are interested in finding out more drop me a comment or take the bull by the horns and pay here!

There are 8 more places available and the 3rd person will have the offer of 3 bonus gifts.

FINALLY, I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT on Linked In and if you want to find out more about working with me, head to my packages in the featured section, where you will also find my FREE QUIZ or click HERE.
