How to cut material more efficiently when using a diamond wire saw cutting machine?
Efficiency is a crucial factor when #cuttingmaterials, and we must focus on optimizing it. Improving #cuttingefficiency is a key priority for us. Firstly the choice of cutting equipment is paramount. #Diamondwiresaw #cuttingmachines play a vital rola in this process. To enhance material cutting efficiency, we have some suggestions to offer:
1. High wire speed makes the wire gain better sharpness, however, the diamond powder wears faster. It will reduce the lifespan the the wire. If your material is soft (not too hard), it won’t need too fast wire speed, the wire will lose its cutting ability too fast. So you need to try out a better match ( liner speed and feeding speed) for your material. Different materials use different liner speeds and feeding speeds.
2. Rotation is another way to increase wire speed, since wire and material are both moving, the actual wire speed needs to add rotary speed. Rotation also has another function which is grinding. The diamond wire cut material also grinds it at the same time. So even if you reduce the wire speed when cutting, it can get a flat nice cutting surface.
3. For Non-rotary cutting, if you want a flat surface, the feeding speed should be slow, if the wire’s cutting force is not enough. It moves back and forth when cutting, resulting in many waves on the cut surface.

4. The last way to increase the cutting efficiency is the way of material to be set on the table. The marrow work piece will have higher cutting efficiency. For example, if we want to cut a material size 300mm*10mm (W*H), we should try to make the material 10mm*300mm (W*H). The cutting surface should be 10mm in width not 300mm.
