Awareness is The Key
Here’s the thing: your unconscious mind is a powerful force that drives most of your thinking, behaviour, and responses. The key to making the unconscious conscious is to bring your awareness to your (previously) unconscious behaviours and look at the corresponding agreements controlling your life.
Yes, this might not be an easy process, but let’s be frank, neither is your “unawareness.”
You Cannot Be “Unaware”
Your mind is super powerful and cannot not be aware.

Consider this: you’ve always felt (below the surface) unworthy of love and have a history of unhealthy, failed relationships. Despite your best efforts to love yourself and change, the same patterns seem to repeat themselves. This is what it looks like to have an unconscious agreement with fear running your life: your conscious self is not choosing your relationships; rather, a hidden contract rooted in fear, giving you more of what you’re (unconsciously) asking for.
Fear vs. Love: What Have You Mastered?
In Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), you are said to master something with 25,000 hours of consistent practice, which takes the average person about 20 working years to achieve. Most 40-something professionals who have been consistently working have experienced a level of mastery in their careers where they no longer need to think about their work.
Now, reflect on this: with more than 25 years of unconscious habits, patterns, beliefs, and behaviours, what have you mastered? What do you no longer think about?
Most of us are so unconscious of our fear agreements that we have no idea it’s our own unconscious agreements within us, holding us back from the life we desire. It’s like driving down the motorway with your foot flat on the gas and on the brake at the same time – you’re in for a bumpy ride.

A Code To Undo Your Unconscious Agreement With Fear
Use this 6-Step Code to break your unconscious agreements with fear, and build new healthy agreements with love. Use your awareness to apply this Code to your life repeatedly each day. With practice and consistency, you will allow yourself to undo your unconscious agreement with fear, and build a new, healthy, conscious agreement with love:
1. Acknowledge The Cause of Your Problem
The cause of your thinking is YOU. Your acknowledgement of this universal truth brings with it the responsibility and power to see the problem and choose another way to reprogram your subconscious mind. You can change nothing without acknowledgement first, which is why this is the most important part of the Code.
Start by STOPPING and ACCEPTING responsibility for YOU.
Tip: Try to stop for long enough to really conceptualize how you might take responsibility and change your perception, moving from the effect to the cause side of life.

2. Accommodate Yourself
Habits don’t change in an instant. They are created and broken over time, with your consistent attention. You’ve likely given a lot of attention to fear, so lovingly taking responsibility means accommodating yourself for your inevitable mistakes. By accepting that you are going to mess up, you bring awareness to the practice of allowing yourself grace through the process of failing and learning and accommodating yourself. This way you set yourself up for success by consistently deciding to live on the cause side of life.
Tip: Practice Steps 1 and 2 relentlessly if you are to succeed.
3. Be Patient with Yourself
The ego is a genius that will do everything it can to distract you from being honest with yourself because, with your authentic self-honesty, your ego is not there. Remember that your subconscious mind forms and breaks patterns and habits in 21 days with consistent attention. Therefore, by accepting your ego’s inevitable resistance, you can increase your awareness and prepare yourself for a loving journey by being patient with yourself during the process.
Tip: Watch and observe (without judgement) your ego’s distraction tactics so you can be more aware of them.
4. Have Persistence
If you have reached mastery level in fear, it stands to reason that it is going to take some time and attention to “unlearn” these previously unconscious thought patterns. This is going to take consistent practice. Be persistent by taking responsibility for the journey and learning to accept the task of bringing your awareness to what is not Unconditionally Loving within you, over and over again.
5. Be Consistent
Your subconscious mind learns with consistent repetition and clear commands:

Tip: The more you bring your consistent awareness into your day, the quicker your reprogramming process will be.
6. Achieve Congruence
After a period of consistently applying the Code, over and over again, you will be rewarded by achieving congruence in your new behaviour. You won’t have to think about it anymore — your new agreement with love will be solid, and you can move your awareness to a new area of your life.
Your Ego Is A Genius

This is where acceptance comes in: in understanding and accepting the nature of the ego, it becomes a lot easier to plan for and handle the inevitable failure and course correction practice that comes with increasing your awareness to strengthen your agreement with love.
Acceptance allows you to love what is with an open mind and heart, giving yourself the power to create the space to experience miracles — by getting out of the way and simply allowing your agreement with unconditional love to lead you.
