How to use LinkedIn to build wealth even in the toughest of market times?

A lot of people will be pissed at me for saying this, but this is the truth and you need to hear it before it’s too late.

One of the things most coaches who came into the market in the last two or three years do not understand is the context of the time we are currently in.

I came into this online space at the beginning of 2016, focusing on LinkedIn - and in the last seven years, I was pretty accurate about what’s going to happen in the future.

Almost every single time.



One of the reasons I was able to predict what was going to happen was because of four things:


  1. Learning stuff outside the online business space, mainly geopolitics, and financial markets
  2. Was listening to what the non-BSers have to say VS believing in the hype
  3. Looking at the context of things without being emotionally attached
  4. My own intuition



For these reasons I’ve been able to create strategies in my own business and for my clients in the past (mainly LinkedIn organic) that were sustainable and pretty much market-change proof.

I was talking against automation tools for LinkedIn in 2017., teaching my audience to NOT use them because eventually, they will fail.

“Yo Bros” told me I am complicating stuff.

I wasn’t and the “LinkedIn automation tools” bubble burst.

A lot of “LinkedIn coaches” and “agencies” went out of business overnight, “pivoting” to something else.

Two years ago I started to talk loudly against using scripts and templates for DM conversations, and while MANY “influencers” were collecting quick $$$ and scamming their immature audience - I knew that bubble was going to burst.

It did.

The “influencers” have now moved to other projects (“pivot”) once they sucked the market dry, and are now preaching “integrity” and “ethics”.

A year ago I started talking loudly about the fact that the sales process needs to change from “outcome and emotional manipulation” focused sales to energetic sales.

Everyone laughed at me.

And the “emotional manipulation sales process” bubble is now bursting, in case you didn’t notice.

Now, most of you still don’t understand what’s going on and where we are heading.

No one wants to tell the truth because they want to, yet again, suck the market dry, before shit hits the fan.

My friends, shit has hit the fan, and only those that understand what’s going to happen in the next 2-3 years are going to be able to thrive in this market.

Most of you who have now been brainwashed in “manifesting abundance” and believing that you will just continue to grow while everything else is sinking is immature.

There is something called “collective consciousness” - and the shift already started a couple years ago.

We are in the midst of a huge change, where old paradigms and systems are breaking down on a GLOBAL level.

We, as collective consciousness has manifested that change.

ALL of us, on an unconscious level (regardless of your faith or belief system) have planted the seed of change years ago.


Do you understand the bigger picture?

Thinking you are not a part of collective consciousness, or will be unaffected by the shift that’s happening is also immature.

Yes, you have your little bubble where you hold control and that can give you the ability to navigate situations to your favor, but that can only be accomplished with understanding the bigger picture.

Understanding that the need for change that we ALL planted together is now starting to manifest.

Why am I telling you all of this?

Because this Universe operates in waves.

Everything is energy and energy operates in waves.

Sometimes you are up - but you also need to come down.

It’s a normal cycle of the Universe (God, Nature, Source, whatever you prefer).

What does this mean for you and your business moving forward?

First of all, you gotta take down your pink glasses and tune in to your inner GPS - WHILE taking a look at the bigger picture and context.

Come to terms that the way you market and sell will need to change.

That you need to start building more sustainable business and revenue models for your business NOW - so it can sustain and thrive in the future.

With big bubble pops come BIG opportunities.

And if you stay in your little micro-bubble you will lose the opportunity to see the opportunities.

Don’t kill the messenger.

You will be able to thrive, but you won’t have a lot of space for mistakes and testing.



So, if you want to sustain your business and thrive in the upcoming months and years, this is what you need to do with LinkedIn (and I've been teaching this for YERAS):

  1. Get laser focused on your LinkedIn Target Market - instead of testing different niches and markets, choose the one that you've performed really well in the last year or two and get obsessive about serving that audience
  2. Focus on psychographic of your LinkedIn Target Audience - this is going to be more important in the months and years to come then ever before. Instead of focusing on demographic, company and their budget, understand their psychology, their mindset and their habits. People make buying decisions based on their psychology and emotional state VS what they want. If you want to start wining over clients, you'll have to talk their language and literally be in "their head".
  3. Your LinkedIn Profile needs to tell their story - when you understand the psychographic of your audience, you need to optimize your LinkedIn profile in a way that will emotionally resonate with them. In the months and years to come, it will be as much about what you can do for your audience as it will be about who you are and whether they resonate with YOU.
  4. Play smart and learn the "boring LinkedIn stuff" - Instead of doing everything everywhere, focus on learning about the LinkedIn algorithm. It's not sexy as an engagement pod, but it gets you clients and saves you time. One of the things that really helped me to not spread my energy too thin is studying the LinkedIn algorithm inside out. I turned that beast into a friend, and you should also.
  5. Focus on long-term VS short-term "nurturing" and personalization - Understand that people will take time to make purchasing decisions. Unless they have good cash-flow (and even if they do) - they won't be making quick purchasing decisions. With the uncertainty and the markets sliding into red, mature business owners will take their time to make decisions. Instead of sending scripted DMs as if they've subscribed to a bad newsletter they can't get out of...Send personalised DMs and start connecting to them on a personal level. Personalization will play a KEY role in the way people buy in the future.
