Lessons Learned: Time to find your MUSE

Last week I was blessed to be introduced to a band called “Them Coulee Boys.”  I wasn’t familiar, but I was charmed by the technical skills and players in the group. The patrons familiar with this band were obviously cooler, & more Intune with newer music than myself.

Ever notice how great music can bring tears to your eyes, & and shivers to your body & soul?

This was the SECOND show for the barnstormers, since 2019 when the pandemic shut us down. It's been hard. We are all tough, but still here. Small businesses have been struggling, including my own.  A lot of us reinvented ourselves to survive. The opening bands were great, The Wildwoods, and “Flash in a Pan.” 

Our work in psycho metrics often deals with finding a persons WHY, and helping them find their muse. We sort out the what, why, and how daily with the great people we meet as our first step.   

Everyone involved in surviving this pandemic, if equipped with Empathy has found a new sense of self. A deeper hunger that requires them to get more of what they WANT, not just need. 

Hang in there, sometimes it takes some time to find your muse! Grace, and giving it up to God is easiest after you assume the Universe has its own timing, and only then will things work out as intended.

YES…YOU have to try, but this is about faith!  You’ll never find your muse, if you’re not looking for it!  Professionals we meet are looking for the next steps and clarity of what’s next, so this resonated with me highly. 

I elevated myself to record when the masses were rubbing their hands and clapping to warm up. Since we’ve not been together much in years, this TEAMWORK tugged at my very soul. I’m so glad I recorded that, and was a witness, but I don’t have a YouTube channel to upload it to. I shared the songs link above.
