M&A, Advisory and Investment Banking Associate- based in Tunis

Our client is a leading Pan-African Investment Banking and Advisory firm.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Associate level profile to join their high performing team.

The ideal candidate will have an Investment Banking, Transaction services and/or Private Equity background.

Your job duties will include (but not limited to):

-M&A and Debt advisory

-Restructuring

-Corporate valuations (build up business plans, DCF, multiples)

-Strategic and financial analysis of companies

-Research and analysis for potential transaction opportunities

-Preparations of materials (drafting pitched, marketing and transaction material)

-Project finance

-Fundraising

You are required to speak French, English and Arabic fluently.
