Maroin Benahnini Loves Selling Technology Services

He was always curious about the business and people who worked at a very big office complex close to his childhood home in Bezons, France.  He got to explore the massive Atos complex during his college years when he completed an internship with us.   

He was quickly impressed with the company’s executive team and how they mentor junior employees. He clearly liked his Atos experience—he decided to join the company about five years ago. 

Today Maroin Benahnini is a Specialized Sales Manager with Atos North America, where he supports the Technology Services business line.   

“I love my new role in the United States—I’m grateful for the support of my team, they’ve really made me feel welcome,” Maroin beams.   

“It’s an honor to partner with our clients and collaborate with my colleagues in Technology Services to execute our business strategy,” Maroin explains.   

He says the business line is relatively new in our geography so he encourages employees to reach out to him with any customized or professional services opportunities that he can support.

He was excited to move from France to the United States almost a year ago.  Just a month after welcoming their son, Maroin and his wife Maryam relocated to Houston, Texas.  

“Packing all of our belongings was the easy part—leaving my extended family, my home country to try something new was challenging,” he says.  

“I am enjoying everything about my Atos North America position and living in the States.” 

Maroin credits his manager Ajay Tikare and Michael Grunberg for his smooth transition.  

Both leaders mentored Maroin and helped him network with Atos employees in our geography.  He embodies a positive outlook that is contagious.   

He loves to problem-solve and innovate at work. One of his mentors used the innovation concept that nothing is impossible with Maroin that has stuck with him throughout his career.  

“I believe if you work hard every day you can accomplish great things, even those you might have thought were impossible,” Maroin says.

The self-described family man raves about the tremendous support and flexibility of his wife.  

“She graciously moved to the United States with me as a new mother—she landed a job teaching French and juggles everything plus takes amazing care of our son,” he says.   

He makes time to connect with his loved ones in France and relishes vacations when they can spend time together. 

Outside of work, Maroin is passionate about soccer.  He’s played the sport his whole life and usually plays midfield.   

“One of my very close friends from Paris plays in the Major League Soccer team’s Houston’s Dynamo—I attend all of the games, it’s been a lot of fun,” Maroin says.  

He even plays competitively with a team he joined in the Houston area.  Spending quality time with his wife and son is also Maroin’s top priority.   

“Moving is always a bit stressful, but Atos is an amazing company with such great people, I’m so glad to be here!” Maroin says.
