PROBLEM SOLVING

PROBLEM SOLVING

“You cannot solve your problems with the same thinking that created them” – Albert Einstein

Did you know that there is no problem without a solution. There is no question without an answer.

If there was no solution, there would be no problem…

If there was no answer, there would be no question…

Did you know that YOU have the answer to all your questions, that you have the solution to all your problems?

Your problem -> Your solution, unique to YOU.

Did you know that your problem is on a different frequency to the solution?

We operate on frequencies. If you want to call me on my phone, you dial into my phone frequency by dialling my number. If you even changed just one digit, you wouldn’t be talking to me!

You might be talking to a complete stranger instead (which could also be fun)

Same with our goals, our dreams, our vision. They operate on their own frequency.

To live it, you have to get on their frequency.

Have you ever mulled over in your mind a problem? You keep going over and over and over it again and again and again. It’s like a stuck record.

Well, as you now know that your solution is on a different frequency, you have to get yourself off the frequency of the problem.

Best way to do that is go to and do something that makes you feel good. Like a massage, or play your favourite sport, go for a ride, anything. Anything that makes you feel good.

Then guide your thoughts to how you’d like things to be, how you’d like to feel. And guess what, the solution will pop up!

Do it for a week and watch what happens.
