Description:

For my financial services client in Brussels, I am looking to speak a Senior Java Developer. You will be working in an established team with of Java specialists and support the higher functions deliver and deploy an all-round better solution. You will join the team as a freelancer, initially on a 6 month contract however there is the possibility to grow in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the high level of quality for the framework
• Coach more junior developers on the way to use the framework
• Ensure the framework is documented
• Code reviews
• Refine features with different stakeholders
• Always learning new ways of working
• Focus on productivity and quality for the teams.

Requirements/Your Profile:

• Extensive knowledge of the Java
• Strong experience working with an Angular application on Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible
• Sound knowledge of the Agile Values and Principles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and oral
