Why your health issues will probably never resolve unless you do this.

As we progress through our career, business or life, our health usually ends up taking the back burner. We usually start with sacrificing exercise for more time at work. After which we start with easy but “unclean” foods for sake of convenience. Lastly we sacrifice sleep for more time.

When we start to see results in our career, business or life we start to justify this choices more and more with excuses such as, “I have no time”, “I’m too busy”, “work is my priority.

One day we wake up and find ourselves in front of the mirror or our spouse feeling unattractive, unhealthy. Or even worse, a health scare and a bad health report. High blood pressure, obesity, pre-diabetes, heart attacks, chronic joint pain. We then find ourselves paying thousands of dollars a month for medication to manage those issues without any change in our health. Medication is all about management of  symptoms and not actual cure.

So many of us men sacrifice our health for wealth so that our families can have a better life. But we fail to see that health is wealth. What’s the point of having so much wealth just to rely on medication to manage your symptoms or even worse not being able to enjoy time with your family because you simply can’t.

The thing is you don’t have to stay that way. The mark of a good cure is that the patient gets better and stays better. You won’t want a doctor to prescribe a medication for your flu and your flu symptoms only goes away when you’re taking the medication. The moment you’re off the medication it comes back. It’s the same with your health.

I’m thinking of creating a free training on how to optimize your health, lose fat and win back your energy without food restriction or crazy routines on the treadmill. Comment “change” below if you want me to send it to you when it’s done.
