You CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

You CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

Hey there,

They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

I say that it depends on how committed you are!

If you want to grow as a person, you sometimes have to learn new things.

For the young ones in the crowd, you’ll pick it up within a couple of hours.

But you never know when that start could be the start of something special.

This past year we’ve really been putting a focus on getting that social presence up.

It’s been a big learning curve across the board.

One of the big ones has been TikTok.

Now if you are on the internet at all, you’ve heard about this app.

It’s wildly addictive and honestly, it’s got a bit of everything on it.

But it is a pretty in-depth app, with lots of crazy features and effects.

The young people of the world are probably laughing at us finding our feet on this app.

All I knew was there were 2 very clear options here.

Either we buckle down and learn how to use this app day by day and give it a red hot go.

Or we miss out on an opportunity to grow, all because we gave up before we started.

Everyone probably has one thing in their life that they are thankful they learnt their way around it all those years ago.

But imagine if you didn’t?

Could be the gym. Or a creative hobby. Or a business. Or investing!

And that’s how we’ll feel about TikTok in the near future!

It’s all about sowing the seeds now to reap the rewards later, people.

And honestly, that’s the approach that I recommend not just for money and wealth purposes — but also life.

The small amounts of money I’m putting into investing over time are working to that bigger goal; just like the few hours a week I spend learning about TikTok will work towards the bigger picture!

Usually, the longer you wait, the better the reward.

Might not look like much now…but just wait!

So, can you teach an old dog new tricks?

I think you absolutely can if they are committed enough.

So if you are an old dog, I’m giving you a vote of encouragement to start working towards those big goals in small ways.

It’s never too late.

Also, you should definitely scroll to the bottom and check some us out on the ’Tok, we’ve got some fun stuff on there.

(PS: this is a safe space if you feel young on the inside and not like an ‘old dog’ — right there with you.)

Until next time.

Steve.
