Your Competing Priorities Are In The Way

I hope you've been gleaning a lot from October's theme regarding life integration. I've been so blessed by your testimonials and how you've been inspired. So many of you have had "Aha!" moments. Please continue to share your stories with me of how you are shifting your relationship from "Either I can have this or I can have that," to "I am open to exploring ways to have all aspects of my life work."

You inspire me!

Today, I am encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone and go even further.

What is your calling?

It is different for everyone. Life callings are as unique as fingerprints. While some individuals are destined to be brain surgeons, making groundbreaking discoveries in the field of medicine, others are called to teach, others to counsel, and others to research. The list is endless. What I can say, however, is that we are all called to enjoy life.

Your background, interests, and calling are irrelevant. The fact that you were placed on this earth means you are called to live an abundant, fulfilling life. This lifestyle can only be achieved when you merge your passions with your work. Your life will be abundant when you understand that the people you love and the work you love are meant to co-exist in harmony.

I use my own experience as an example. I love being a corporate trainer. But I also immensely enjoy spending time with my teenage son. Recently my son Josh accompanied me on a business trip. When I tell you it gave me so much joy! Corporate training and mother-son time all in the same trip?! It was amazing. I also love that Josh can take these moments and learn about entrepreneurship and building meaningful business connections (although I think the daughters of the attendees are what kept him most engaged. LOL!).

Work-life integration is not outside of your reach. I know where you currently find yourself may cause it to appear that way. However, you are one step away from beginning to live the best days of your life.

I’m standing for you to keep practicing and I’m here to support you all the way. Have a great week filled with integration and ease and flow.

To Your Abundant Life,

Sophia
