Yourself deserve much love and affection as anyone in the universe

"Love is the ultimate truth. Walk in love. It is your true nature." The universe is based upon unconditional love, which real love is. We don't need to know the details of another person's life in order to determine whether they are worthy of love, because there is no such determination. Everyone is “worthy". Love is innately unconditional. You are “worthy” of love because that is the nature of love.

However, is it really so hard to accept, in view of the fact that shame is also unconditional, and without regard to any wrongdoing? We are our own worst critics. We tend to accept shaming messages without any valid reason, and yet we have trouble accepting that love is unconditional. What a psychological whammy our mental conditioning and social environment have done to us!

We know that love transforms, precisely because it is unconditional. That doesn't mean that I can love you perfectly. It doesn't even mean that I can stand to be around you. But if I were able to love perfectly, then I would radiate it limitlessly upon everyone I encounter. As it is, I can aspire to that. And you can certainly love yourself. And you should.

And that doesn't disown guilt. Guilt can be a very constructive emotion. There is a right time for it. Guilt can stimulate us to make amends where we have done wrong. But irrational shame is always destructive—there is no place for it. Make amends where necessary, then love yourself.

There is a quote from “A Course in Miracles” that goes like this..“Whoever you meet becomes a witness for either Christ or the ego whatever you perceive in him or her”. Because you or I or anyone looking at another has the choice of what we see in another. We can see the Christ in everyone even the soul of every being or we can see the ego in the outward presentation with you as the witness are the chooser, however if you see the Christ in every living being then you know that everyone, everyone deserves love and affection. Love is unconditional, Love is not expectant and so when someone does something that you approve of they are now lovable they are lovable as they are. Even the murderer is doing the very best that they can to feel better.

You deserve all the love in the universe as you tell them that they make you feel betterment in every instance of your life. Your world becomes just a little bit brighter because of them.You tell them you love them because, let’s face it, you’re not the best shower singer, but when you’re belching out your live concerts in the shower you’re thinking of them!

You also tell them because they make you feel larger than life. They may not want to be the purpose that you want to be-and in a lot of ways that may be wrong-but there’s something in you that wants to believe that it’s possible for you to just surprise everyone because having them believe in you is heaven! And you tell them because before you know it, their favorite food is your favorite food, their favorite book is yours and their favorite music is yours mirror each other so much that you are surprised yet strangely satisfied with who you’ve become in their presence.

Of course, you tell them not because you’re afraid to let them go. You’re absolutely terrified! You lay awake, tossing and turning in bed at night, wondering about a life that has them in it? No, after a point, you only focus on them, their happiness and their good health. You tell them because you love and because you’re human and it is one of the most important, amazing and beautiful emotions sculpted by yourself!

It is important to tell them because you you don’t regret a single fight with them, but you’d rather have those fights because they make you so happy that somebody cares. You tell them to let go of any thoughts you may have had of possession and you just want to be in their lives and you’re scared, but now you want to be the very best version of yourself, to have them with you in life someday. Nevertheless, you tell them because they may have had a horrible past but you would do anything to have them smile even for a second.
