My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at MN. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The team managing our reception and handling our bags was incredibly attentive, and the front desk managers were delightful—one of them, a girl with short hair, even started singing, which brought a smile to our faces! Every interaction, whether with the waiters, housekeeping, or the thoughtful individuals who prepared our gifts, was exceptional. A special mention goes to Michael and Speelman from the concierge department, who were fantastic in assisting us with reservations and logistics. Their efforts truly made our Cape Town experience unforgettable. Our room was immaculate and beautifully maintained, providing a serene and comfortable retreat. The food was absolutely delicious, adding to the wonderful memories of our stay. However, the true highlight of MN is undoubtedly its people. One moment that stayed with us was when a staff member asked, ”Where is home?” I replied, ”Mexico,” to which he warmly responded, ”No, home right now is here... welcome.” And indeed, our time at MN felt like being at home—filled with warmth, care, and heartfelt hospitality. Thank you for everything. We will cherish these memories forever!

In Cape Town, The One & Only is the ”One & Only” hotel to choose. OK, its not the cheapest, but from the welcome at the moment you arrive to when you come to leave the friendliness and service from the team members is exceptional. Great location with direct access to the waterfront and V&A, safe, lovely rooms and nice bars / restaurants with great atmosphere. Overall a great customer / guest experience is provided. Been before, will go again

Location excellent. Breakfast and service very good. Clean room. We stayed here one night and the only issue was room location. We backed up to the pool area and it was a bit noisy at times. Aside from that a great value with the waterfront as a neighbor.

Staying at Marly for three nights is expensive, mainly because it is in the heart of the camp's beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars. After crossing the road, it is a beach. The so-called mountainside suites are almost the same. Mountain, in many hotels in that area can basically be achieved. Good health, the refrigerator has a variety of free drinks in addition to wine, and capsule coffee, there is a special store for money exchange on the first floor, you need a passport, go to the hotel left about 30 meters is a very large supermarket, but no wine sold There is also a Thai restaurant nearby. The taste is really very general. There are double-decker citybus about 150 meters on the right. About 70 yuan can be exchanged for red lines and other lines of blue lines. Going out at night is still very convenient and safe.

What a find!! Staying at The Dock House is an amazing experience. From the minute we checked in everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and our room absolutely wonderful. The décor was tastefully done and fitted the building perfectly. A huge bedroom with seating area along with a luxurious very large bathroom. The seating on our private balcony overlooking the pool and grounds was a lovely spot to soak up the atmosphere of the waterfront which was across the road. An abundance of bars and restaurants along with a shopping centre and also most tours and attractions are a short walk. A G&T by the pool was refreshing after a day of exploring before heading over the way for dinner. Breakfast was offered at The Victoria and Alfred across the road also which we enjoyed one morning but preferred the intimacy of the Breakfast Room at The Dock House and breakfast was great served by Ashleigh who was a joy and who also took care of the fresh floral arrangements on the tables which were gorgeous. We only had 4 nights at this wonderful property so will definitely be back such a great city really needed another week. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay fabulous.
