If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! The attention to detail was mind-blowing - from the perfectly pressed linens to the metA stunning example of how hospitality should be done. The property exudes character while maintaining impeccable standards of service. The staff moved with quiet efficiency, always present but never intrusive. What surprised me was the set of drawings used by Banyan Tree Sanya and Banyan Tree Sanya. The lobby landscape, villa landscape and interior decoration are exactly the same! The difference is that the private swimming pool in Sanya has a curved line, this one is a straight line. Behind the villa is the Maya River, but Sanya lacks a river. The breakfast is great, Mexican style, hot and sour, all Chinese can enjoy.

The BEST! This is our 2nd time going to a Grand Velas property and I can say that it was an amazing stay. The room was stunning, the staff is so kind and warm, the food and drinks are wonderful and the best part of our stay was our concierge Aaron. He did not stop for one minute to ensure that we had everything we needed. We love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Would highly recommend visiting allegro, the staff were amazing and so friendly. The rooms were large and spacious and kept clean at all times and if your looking for a deep tissue back massage go see Paulina, she was the loveliest lady and really got deep in. The best massage I’ve had in a long time thank you everyone for an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again soon

Had a great stay at Mahekal. A few stand out things for us: The service/staff was amazing. In particular, Sofia was wonderful. She had coffees ready for us at breakfast immediately after we arrived, she was extremely friendly, and it was obvious she loved working at Mahekal. It was very fun getting to know her, she was the best. Enrique was also great - he has a great sense of humor and is committed to getting things right. Roberta at the spa was so lovely. She was friendly, calm, and attentive. Our bartender, Mariano, was speedy and made delicious drinks. The room was great and the bathroom was spacious. It was so nice to have a terrace right outside our room. We were there during a tail end of a hurricane, so when it was really raining hard, our ceiling did leak but it was dry by morning. We felt very safe inside the resort, and overall had a great time. Would definitely recommend!
