Well outfitted and clean apartment. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and had loads of space for my husband, myself and our teenaged son and all of our stuff. another older kid would have fit in easily. It's close to a nice supermarket and also very close to 2 main tram stops. I would highly recommend The Livorno and would be hard pressed to stay elsewhere when we return.
I'm satisfied with everything, the house is clean, the house is relatively big, the location is okay, and it's relatively quiet.

The room is located next to the Grand Place in Brussels, very central and with convenient transportation. If you drive, the hotel doorman will help you park for free, of course if there is a parking space. The hotel is very clean, the service is warm, and they will help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel slippers are very comfortable 😌 If there is a little regret, it is that the bath water is not so friendly to girls with long hair. The shower is in a relatively low position, the wall spray 🚿 is a bit scattered, the water is not concentrated enough, but the water volume is large, and there is a heated towel rack... The room design is marble and other clean and retro, a bit Royal. There is also a night bed service, which I personally recommend.

Except for the slightly old facilities, everything else is great. The hotel staff is great. There is an atmosphere of ”It's my honor to serve you” around it. The location is very good. The room can accommodate two 33-inch suitcases. The breakfast is good. The Western restaurant is also good (in the same place as the breakfast). I think I will come again on my next trip to Brussels!

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

The staff were helpful, I had a good nights sleep. I enjoyed using the spa, pool and steam room. It felt like home. Good value for money and near centre of town!. It is a well run hotel with the staff very focused on guest comfort and wellbeing. Would recommend it for business trip or city break. It really is one of the best small hotels in the world !

The room size was OK. I was in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view to the inner courtyard. I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor (arrival was on a Friday, stayed until Sunday). During both nights there were festivities going on in the hotel (first a bachelor party and the next night the wedding). The noise (music, etc.) in the evening and during the night was unacceptable for such a high standard hotel. Even when the windows were closed, the noise was clearly audible. Around midnight I went to the reception to complain - both nights. I was told that this event would go on until at least 3 a.m. I was offered to move to another room - but I did not accept that, since I expected to be disturbed by the noise in most rooms. I was told that at my check-out a manager would be available to take in person my complaint - which, of course did not happen. On Saturday after lunch I wanted to have coffee/cake with a friend in the hotel restaurant/terrace. It took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come and take our order. When arriving at our table, he just told us that there is a QR code which we need to scan in to see the menu. We did not place an order and left - very disappointing experience! Another issue was that I was travelling alone and was put in a room with connecting doors, which I believe is not suitable for solo travellers, esp. for females. I informed the hotel about all the above and received only very poor replies. The noise situation has to be improved - if a hotel does not have suitable rooms for parties, then don't rent them out when you have paying guests who at least want to sleep at midnight.

We cannot thank you enough for our stay with you. My mother was celebrating her 80th birthday. The staff were truly amazing, extremely friendly and made us feel very special indeed. We would especially like to thank Miguel,Alle’s and Karima but also everyone else there. We loved the hotel. My mother has been very ill with cancer and this trip would not have been the success it was without you all. Xx

Good breakfast, extra bed, hotel bath water and heating is great, toiletries are L'Occitane, opposite the supermarket, close to the train station. Parking is available at the door. It seems to be a house of the Belgian generals. There are elevators on the third floor and the front desk service is very good.
- BIN
The location of the hotel is good, walking up to the main square, etc., breakfast is more abundant for 15 euros. Toiletries are all L’Occitane. Convenient for shopping and fruit in the small supermarket opposite! You can stop at the door, but the location is hard to find, free!

Before booking this hotel currently be advised that the lobby is under complete renovation and there is a temporary registration desk on the ground floor of the hotel. Additionally, they are installing new elevators, however the existing elevators are very old and one of them wouldn’t service the floor I was staying on. The rest of the hotel has been completely upgraded, with very nice rooms. The main issue was that Belgium was under a heat wave while I was visiting with temperatures in the high 80s. My air conditioner was blowing warm air and I asked three different times to have it fixed to no avail. I ended up sleeping in a very hot room with the windows opened and had to listen to very loud crowds which apparently congregate all night on the street below, so know that the “historic views”come at a price with loud noise. I live in Chicago so I am used to noise at night, but constant loud conversation and laughing one level below is very bothersome. The breakfast is being served in the executive lounge, so for Marriott elites just be forewarned that the breakfast is very crowded with all hotel guests being served in the lounge, however the quality of the breakfast was nice with very friendly staff. This hotel will be nice when they finish it — just be forewarned about the street noise and staff who will not fix the air conditioning, creating a very undesirable stay from a Marriott Platinum Elite guest.

This hotel is currently under major renovations. This was not disclosed when I booked. When the work is done I think this hotel will be very nice, but for now, avoid it. There is construction everywhere, the lobby is a mess. My room was beautiful but the air con didn’t work so the hotel told me to just open the windows and they would send up a fan! I could not sleep because it was so hot and the hotel is in the middle of the city, which is lovely, but it’s so loud at night. There was no way to sleep. Breakfast was sometimes in a little club room that was cramped and crowded. The food was cold and unappealing. I tried to have a martini in the bar but they told me they didn’t have the ingredients to make a martini. The person who cleaned my room daily did not vacuum or clean the floor. Overall the hotel felt short staffed and not ready for guests. I asked to speak to the Hotel Manager but they never bothered to contact me. Overall I was really disappointed in my stay. This is not Marriott standards. The location of the hotel is amazing.

- Location is amazing: This hotel is incredibly well placed. Roughly 2 minutes walk from Gare Central, and also 2 min from Grand Place. Everything that matters in Brussels is a stone throw away. - Hotel is gorgeous: This a 17th century building. That means it’s gorgeous. That however comes at a cost. Elevators do not service every floor so watch out if you have heavy luggage because they don’t have a bellman to help you. - Our room was big: We booked a big room. By big I mean 3 times the size of a normal European hotel room. It was beautiful and bright. - Breakfast was so so: the breakfast is good if you are having it for couple days. Selection is limited so it gets pretty boring if you stay longer. - Internet is awful: I will probably never stay in this property again even though it is quite nice. Our room had horrible internet access. By bad I mean, speed at less than 2G, if it worked and it mostly didn’t. By the end of the trip the reception gave us a portable hot spot which somehow helped. Management blamed it on building being old but truly in this day an age no internet access is deal breaker for me.

A very lovely hotel with plenty of space and some very nice touches. The room was spacious and comfortable - and very nicely appointed. It’s always nice having seoerate bathroom and toilet. It’s quiet even though it’s in a very popular and busy part of town. The entrance and courtyards and sitting rooms are nicely furnished and it really is a pleasant place to stay. Our only regret was that we felt we needed to leave early as reception had warned us of a protest in the city that might affect traffic - we would have really preferred to stay in bed and disk up the atmosphere. Anyway this is a nice property and worth a visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

Great service at the hotel from the reception to the cocktail bar to the breakfast staff. Rooms we’re comfortable with a comfy bed and all you require for a few nights away. Location was €10 taxi from Centraal Station or a 20min walk through a few lovely parks. Great park on doorstep of hotel with ducks and a large pond and 3-4 min walk from Tootbus stop. Variety of restaurants/places to drink outside of the hotel away from the busy central area.

Hotel is in an amazing location. A short walk from pretty much everything. The hotel is recently renovated and stunning! It feels peaceful and relaxed inside and the breakfast service was wonderful even if a little busy and sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed so you need to wait a little longer than usual. The hotel is very new so they are still figuring out how all their systems work but overall they are doing a great job. I’m surprised at the low price compared to other hotels in Brussels and I hope the price and service stays the same in the future. I would definitely be back. The hotel makes you feel very luxurious!
- James
Very new hotel, the furniture inside is very high-end retro type, the breakfast is amazing, you can order a meal and a buffet of various high-quality cold dishes, the juice is very delicious, salmon, cheese, bread, each one is very good, very high-quality ingredients, the price of this reservation is also very satisfactory, if I come to Belgium again in the future, the price is still in this range, I will definitely stay! As the first stop of the honeymoon trip, it is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station~

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!

I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. The hotel has a variety of dining options, so you can find something to suit your taste. I hope this helps!
