We are back at Southern Sun Sandton to host our Drafting, Negotiating & Managing Commercial Contracts Workshop on the 05th, 06th, 07th June 2024. It promises to be a great one as we uncover alternative ways of minimizing and mitigating risks in commercial contracts. Unfortunately due to the increase in commercial risks, in-house lawyers are constantly having to review and ensure that all commercial contracts are not only drafted correctly and efficiently but are watertight to avoid the burden of litigation. Commercial risks also weigh heavily on cost and time that is wasted on various cancellations and variations to commercial contracts which often result in an increase in business disputes due to higher market volatility.
