We were so pleased to have Helen Haines MP visit us this week to share the news that we are to receive $497,867 for the installation of 75 in room hoist systems from Round 2 of the Aged Care Capital Assistance Program grant which directly supports not-for-profit providers and small community-based operators like us at Euroa Health Inc to modernise their aged care homes and create employment opportunities. Aged Care Manager, Angela Marchant says “the grant is welcome news as it enables us to provide a safer and more dignified care environment for our residents.” The installation will commence at GraniteHill in the new year. https://lnkd.in/gcG2xR_x #agedcare #agedcaresupport

What a fantastic day we had on Tuesday celebrating the achievements of our DJSIR Aged Care trainees. The team from WomenCAN Australia and participants from all over regional Victoria including Bendigo, Benalla, Echuca, Euroa, Kerang, Kyneton, Mildura, Mount Alexander and Woodend, came together in person and on-line to acknowledge each individual woman's inspiring journey. A big shoutout to Trish, Simone, and Tam for their unwavering support for our trainees through our peer-led support program, The Placement Circle. Your dedication has truly made a difference!
