With 60% of Australians experiencing loneliness, the festive season can amplify feelings of stress, isolation, anxiety, and depression. The pressure to see family, navigate relationships, buy presents, and attend end-of-year celebrations can feel overwhelming. That’s why self-care is so important – sometimes, the best gift you can give yourself is rest and time spent doing what you love. If you need support during this time, help is available. Many services operate 24/7, even on public holidays. #HumanServicesSA #MentalHealthMatters
