Stort tillykke med Årets Guldfisk! 🐠🏅 På vores årsmøde uddelte MSC og Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) prisen til REMA 1000, for deres ihærdige arbejde med at have ansvarlige og bæredygtige fiske- og skaldyrsprodukter på hylderne i størst mulig udstrækning, så kunderne altid kan træffe de bedst mulige valg for havet, når de køber ind. Derudover gør REMA 1000 også en stor indsats for at fortælle deres kunder om den fisk, de køber, og hvorfor det er vigtigt at have en holdning til dem. Tak for det og tak for det gode partnerskab! 🤝

🏆🌊 Celebramos o compromisso com a pesca sustentável em Portugal. Na 1ª edição dos Prémios #MarParaSempre em Lisboa, reconhecemos empresas e indivíduos que se destacaram nessa missão. Parabéns aos vencedores, como o Lidl Portugal, eleito Supermercado Líder em Pesca Sustentável, o IPMA Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera, a MC Sonae, o ALDI Portugal, a Iglo Portugal, a Bacalhau Riberalves entre muitos outros exemplos inspiradores de responsabilidade com o #SeloAzul MSC. Além destes reconhecimentos, o Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) atribuiu ainda duas Menções Honrosas 🎖️ pelas contribuições individuais e empresariais de exceção para a causa da #PescaSustentavel: Ricardo Luz, primeiro #EmbaixadorAzul do MSC; e a Gelpeixe pelo seu compromisso com a sustentabilidade na sua atividade empresarial. 🎙️🎶 A cerimónia de entrega de prémios contou ainda com a intervenção musical da fadista Matilde Cid que tornou o evento ainda mais especial. 🌊🥇 The MSC's Ocean Stewardship Fund awarded $1.67 million in grants this year! Since the #OceanStewardshipFund was launched, more than 100 grants have been awarded. Having made significant strides in a four-year Fishery Improvement Project (FIP), a Senegalese Atlantic tuna fishery has become the first ever to gain Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification in West Africa. 🇸🇳

Two key tuna fisheries have set a benchmark for other fisheries to follow by implementing world-leading sustainable fishing practices and management plans.

Dat de vis afkomstig is van een visserij die niet overbevist, haar bijvangst en impact op de onderwaterwereld zoveel mogelijk beperkt en die efficiënt en volgens alle wet- en regelgeving beheert wordt.
