🎄 Sweetening the Festive Season in Our Centres! 🎄 Over the past six weeks, our dedicated Knight Frank Australia marketing team—12 incredible Christmas Elves—have worked tirelessly to bring festive joy to our centres. Thanks to their hard work, we’ve seen beautiful Christmas decorations, engaging community events, and joyful Santa appearances come to life. 🎅✨ A huge shoutout to all our Centre Teams! Your support in executing these ideas and assisting on the ground has been invaluable. Your dedication ensures our festive initiatives are a success across all locations. Together, we’re making this holiday season truly special for our communities. 🌟 From sold-out sessions of Pet Photos and Sensitive Santa, school groups singing Christmas Carols, Christmas Breakfasts with Santa and Mrs. Claus, to even Adult Gingerbread House Workshops, our centres were buzzing with festive cheer! This year, we launched the “Sweeten the Season” campaign to support our retailers and local community groups. Running from December 9th to 15th, the campaign was a hit! Customers received scratch cards for their in-centre purchases, revealing either an instant prize or a donation amount ($2, $3, or $5) to allocate to one of three local community groups. We’re thrilled to announce that 8,999 customers participated across 24 centres, with total receipted sales of over $650k. Each centre also donated $2,515, totaling $58,845 to support 72 local community groups. 🎁❤️ We wish all our customers and communities across our 93 shopping centres in Australia a Merry Christmas! #Christmas #supportingbettercommunities Region Group, Knight Frank Australia, Elizabeth Galle, Jo Fleming, Kimberley Hogg Michelle Higgins CPA GAICD

We believe all our people at Region Group have the opportunity to be recognised, and to provide recognition to those who have demonstrated going above and beyond. Our Extra Mile recognition program comprises a quarterly Beyond Award winner, with all nominees throughout the year going into the running to win our annual Phil Clark Award. This award is named after Region’s inaugural Chairman Phil Clark, who epitomised our culture and values on a daily basis and whose legacy continues to be a great inspiration to all of us here at Region. The Extra Mile recognition program is about celebrating our people who continually demonstrate our values – being Region people. Yesterday Philip Marcus Clark AO attended our staff conference in Sydney and presented the 2024 annual Phil Clark Award. The 2024 winner was Katie Box. Katie was nominated by her colleagues for her exceptional collaborative spirit and unwavering willingness to help others. Always ready to lend a hand, she consistently goes above and beyond to assist teams outside her designated portfolio of centres, ensuring the timely delivery of shop openings. Katie is frequently relied upon as a guiding expert for internal and external design matters and as a result, she provides invaluable learning opportunities for others and has grown our national team’s existing knowledge base. Her proactive approach and dedication to teamwork have made a significant difference in our operations by building strong relationships that facilitate smooth project execution. Her ability to connect and communicate across various stakeholders exemplifies her commitment to our collective success, making her an invaluable member of the Region Group team.

Today is R U OK? Day and at Region Group we used this as an opportunity to inspire our team in having regular, meaningful conversations with each other, and know that you don’t have to be an expert to reach out and ask someone if they are OK. This year's theme is Ask R U OK? Any day, highlighting the importance of building trust and normalising conversations around mental health and wellbeing by checking in regularly with friends, family, or colleagues. Checking in regularly lets the people in your life know that you're someone they can talk to when times are tough. We all have what it takes to ask, listen and support one another. But checking in with others, even a close friend, can sometimes feel like a daunting task. To read more about R U OK? It is with great excitement that we announce that Region Group, with our better together partner, Knight Frank Australia have been selected as finalists for two community initiatives in the Shopping Centre Council of Australia's marketing awards. Congratulations to Penny Price, Sarah Moulds and Kimberley Hogg for their wonderful work in delivering initiatives that are truly engaging these communities through positively impacting local social challenges. Our finalists, Little Hands Wise Hearts at Marketown (NSW) and The Ipswich Toy Run at Brassall Shopping Centre (QLD), not only delivered heart warming results, but they also undeniably align to our essentially local ambition - to be a trusted and positive contributor to the communities in which we operate. What is even more humbling is that our two finalists are just a couple of examples of the tireless work that has gone into delivering more than 800 community engagement initiatives across our portfolio during FY24. We thank the Shopping Centre Council of Australia for their recognition and send our congratulations to all of the finalists of the SCCA 2024 Marketing Awards.
