This exciting role is based at our Keysborough office and will focus on expanding our Short-Term Accommodation (STA) services. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Intake, and Finance teams to promote our offerings and support families in finding the best accommodation options. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in process improvement and strategic change * Knowledge of NDIS and accommodation services, especially STA * Strong networking, partnership, and stakeholder engagement skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking * A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with a professional approach If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the skills to support growth and innovation, we’d love to hear from you! Congratulations to Down Syndrome NSW for taking home the award. During her trip, Carolyn connected with inspiring industry leaders, including event host and friend of Wallara, Don Elgin, Jacqueline Scott from Yajilarra, and Janelle Ryan, Accessibility Operations Manager at the Sydney Opera House. Janelle shared insights on the Opera House’s partnership with Jigsaw, which provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
