Glad to have joined, as FIEC EU Press & Comm specialist, the breakfast session on "#Women in Comms and Ladies in #Construction" offered on 28 November by Savion Ray and hosted by Magdalena Herbik (BIBM - Bureau International de Béton Manufacturé - the European precast concrete #industry, advocating at the #EU level and providing a platform for professionals to engage in the sector challenges). 👷♀️🏗️👩💼 Together with all participants, we dived into the synergies between communication strategies and industry insights. FIEC EU and the European Federation of Building and Woodworkers (EFBWW), with the support of AEIP - European Association of Paritarian Institutions, published the #Mapping Report on Social ID Cards in #Construction Sector across the #EuropeanEconomicArea. It was developed as part of the hashtag #EU-funded projetc SIDE-CIC. One thing is to talk about re-cycling and up-cycling of #construction and demolition #waste, another thing is to see and understand what it effectively means. It is already a reality, but the existing regulations can certainly be improved for achieving a more adequate framework.
