    Guiding top organizations in shaping future leaders via tailored traineeships

    Make that the cat wise, I’m the way lost. People that know me well, know I’m a fan of accents. Language is according to me one of the most intriguing things existing out there. Just think about it: we’re all saying more or less the same during a day, but it all sounds so extremely different. Not just in between countries, but even between regions, or even villages next to each other. Over the years I had the pleasure to work with people of different origins, and in a professional setting it’s clear that English is the common denominator. Resulting in all of us doing our very best to sound as English as possible. But the reality is that we simply can’t really hide our mother tongue. And that’s absolutely great to my opinion: it makes conversations way more interesting. Yes, sometimes also a bit less efficient. But still so pleasant and enriching. So, I had a quick & dirty try on some European countries, while sincerely hoping I don’t offend anyone 😇 Any others I should try?

    Proud to represent Shell at ENERGIA 2024 ⚡️ Last Thursday, I had the honor of representing Shell at this year’s ENERGIA event, which centered around the theme « Young employees as Driving Forces of the Energy Transition.» It was an inspiring evening that highlighted the critical role young professionals play in shaping a sustainable energy future. During my live testimonial, I emphasized the importance of a critical and informed attitude towards the energy transition to foster constructive collaboration between stakeholders. By combining diverse perspectives, we can achieve meaningful progress in this complex challenge. What stood out most was the sense of unity demonstrated throughout the event - from young political delegates presenting their visions for policy alignment to dynamic discussions on innovative solutions like renewable technologies and hydrogen initiatives. It was a clear reminder that collaboration across industries, governments, and young talent is essential to advance the transition effectively. 🤝 A special thank you to Patrick Janssen for his guidance and trust, and I’m especially grateful to all my Shell colleagues for their support. Seeing so many familiar faces in the audience cheering for me made me feel so proud and valued. Thank you ENERGIA for putting young voices in the spotlight and empowering us to drive change.
