About last night: f*ck ya. We have been so lucky to work with the team over at Cashew, and WOW it is always so, so rewarding to work with folks on a rebrand and then see it launched and executed so well. The whole Grant team believes in this platform so wholeheartedly: imagine as a business owner that you can get access to REAL market research quickly, affordably, and at the same calibre you'd get from 6 month - 1 year full-fledged study for big $$$. This could honestly change the game for a lot of our clients, especially those in CPG. The launch party last night was fabulous, and I had the pleasure of speaking on the panel with a whole host of folks I admire. Great people attract great people. * We've been hustling hard on our team, and we don't get to do a lot of outside-the-office things together. I certainly don't expect anyone from the team to come to work-adjacent things after hours, but my whole team (minus Vancouverite Madison Abernethy) JUMPED on getting tickets for this event, showed up in full force, and were so excited to support Cashew (and moi). Not a day goes by that I don't look at this wildly capable, genius crew and think, "I am so lucky." I KNOW. I have so much support in my life, and when I go to such aligned events like last night with an incredible sister-in-law at home watching my little red-headed cashew (coincidentally, that's what we called her in utero), I see the beauty in the village and asking for help. 🙏 Cheers to a v bright future. ☀️
