Gerade zurück von der Universität Zürich Irchel, wo wir FOOD2050 in der Mensa und im Green Kitchen Lab in Aktion sehen konnten, mit Studierenden und Anwendern sprechen und ein Shooting für einen tollen Case machen konnten. – Wahnsinn: Das System ist bereits in 150 Kantinen von ZFV-Unternehmungen in der Schweiz im Einsatz mit über 10 Millionen Mahlzeiten und steigendem Impact. Bei coool entwickeln wir das UX/UI-Design ständig weiter: Bald kommt ein neues Feature in den CO2-Ticker, der jeweils die Klimawirkung einer Kantine in °C Erderwärmung berechnet. Das Feedback der Studierenden? "Super Angebot, klar verständlich und top gestaltet, perfekt, um sich zu orientieren in Sachen Klimawirkung und Ausgewogenheit!" – Und nicht zuletzt unglaublich leckeres Essen! ZFV-Unternehmungen has teamed up with fellow Valley partners FOOOD2050, Yumame and Steasy to boost their joint impact 👏🚀 🍽️ Together with FOOD2050, ZFV is implementing a digital menu and meal plan that shows the climate impact of guests’ choices. The solution was already rolled out in 80 ZFV companies in 2023. 🔥 ZFV invested in Steasy®, a mobile mini steamer, back in 2022. Today they’re busy implementing a proof of concept for possible business cases that can leverage this exciting technology. 🍄 ZFV is Yumame Foods AG’s first catering partner — and they’ve already dished up their first recipes in the Green Kitchen Lab at the University of Zurich and taken part in the FARM TO TABLE research project developed in collaboration with ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. But they’re not done yet. ZFV is committed to innovation through collaboration and the team is eager to connect with even more Swiss food innovators. They're currently developing a unique innovation infrastructure to enable quick market testing within the ZFV ecosystem.
