📣 We're thrilled to announce a new partnership between SAI Platform and EIT Food, a major step toward scaling regenerative agriculture and driving transformative change through industry collaboration and public sector support. The partnership’s inaugural initiative, Navarra 360º brings together a broad coalition of stakeholders, including Danone Ecosystem 🌍, Alpro, Cargill, Intermalta S.A., local cooperatives, banks, and government representatives, to accelerate the adoption of regenerative farming in Spain. With a €2.5M investment, this initiative will support 80 farmers as they transition to regenerative practices, with a focus on soil health, biodiversity, and climate impact. 🌍 At the heart of Navarra 360º is the Regenerating Together Framework (RTF), chosen for its robust, industry-aligned approach to measuring, verifying, and reporting regenerative agriculture outcomes. By leveraging the RTF, Navarra 360º will set a new benchmark for tracking environmental, social, and economic impacts, providing invaluable insights to refine and scale regenerative practices worldwide. ➡️ Read more about this exciting new partnership here: https://lnkd.in/ehBa-BzB

📣 SAI Platform is delighted to announce a significant achievement for the Sustainable Dairy Partnership (SDP): Kerry Dairy Ireland has become the first dairy processor to reach Stage 5 verification. This milestone reinforces SDP’s role as the global framework aligning sustainability expectations between dairy processors and buyers. Why is this important? ✅ Sets a new benchmark for sustainability in dairy processing ✅ Demonstrates the power of collaboration across the supply chain ✅ Enhances transparency and trust with verifiable sustainability progress ✅ Proves the value of harmonised frameworks in driving meaningful change 🐮 This achievement was made possible through close industry collaboration, including the successful integration of Ireland’s National Food Sustainability Programme, Origin Green into the SDP framework. Kerry Dairy Ireland’s leadership highlights how processors, buyers, and national programmes can work together to scale sustainability efforts and drive lasting impact. 🎉 Congratulations to Kerry Dairy Ireland and all partners involved in making this milestone a reality. This is a defining moment for the SDP and an important step forward for the dairy sector. ➡️ Read more here: https://lnkd.in/ekmXCpug #SustainableDairy #PeoplePoweredAgriculture

📣 SAI Platform is proud to announce that Ireland’s Origin Green programme has achieved full equivalency with the Sustainable Dairy Partnership (SDP) through a dedicated new SDP module for dairy processors. 🌍 This milestone reinforces SDP’s role as the global framework for dairy sustainability reporting, ensuring greater alignment and transparency across the industry. 🍃 Through the new Origin Green SDP Module, Irish dairy processors can now seamlessly integrate with SDP requirements, demonstrating their sustainability performance to global buyers while reducing inefficiencies and audit costs. 🤝 This achievement reflects the power of collaboration in driving meaningful progress and continuous improvement across the dairy supply chain. Congratulations to Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board and the Irish dairy sector for this significant step forward! ➡️ Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eNT6py3d #SustainableDairy #PeoplePoweredAgriculture

📣 Last week, SAI Platform had the opportunity of joining Sustainable Foods in London, where our Regenerative Agriculture Director, Dominik Klauser led a compelling panel discussion on the transition to regenerative agriculture. The key message? Collaboration across the value chain is essential from retailers to traders, farmers to consumers. 🍃 Retailers are ready to play their part, investing in consumer education and committing to sustainability, however, they need clear, traceable data on the benefits of regenerative farming. 🍃 Traders are equally engaged, working closely with suppliers to secure markets for sustainable products. However, demand signals must be stronger to drive real change. 🍃 Farmers must remain at the heart of the transition, but financial confidence is key. 🍃 Data & Verification from farm efficiency to consumer transparency are critical to ensuring credibility and avoiding greenwashing. 💰 The Business Case: The cost of not changing may be higher than the cost of transition, but how can we ensure that farmers don’t shoulder the financial burden alone? 💡 A key challenge that emerged from the discussion is the lack of a shared vision for regenerative agriculture. SAI Platform’s Regenerating Together Programme provides the solution, offering a global framework that equips agri-food sectors with an industry-aligned set of principles to drive meaningful action. With thanks to panelists Helen Browning of Soil Association, James Bailey of Waitrose & Partners, Matteo Cunial of xFarm Technologies and Jonathan Lane CMgr MCMI of ADM Agriculture Ltd and event organisers Hussein Allawi Jessica Allawi Will Wootton What are your thoughts? How can we better align stakeholders across the value chain to drive real, scalable impact? Let’s continue the conversation. #PeoplePoweredAgriculture #RegeneratingTogether

📣 In last week’s fourth session of Regen Reflections, "Getting Grounded: Generating Meaningful Insights to Drive Change," we explored how creating regenerative agriculture initiatives with a context specific approach to outcome quantification can create value for all stakeholders, from farmers and corporates, to financiers. 🌱 Value For Farmers: Insights tailored to their unique contexts, not just carbon reduction, but also soil health, biodiversity, and pest control. Tilda’s initiative in India cut pesticide use by 70% while boosting yields and incomes. 🌍 Value For Corporates: Metrics that go beyond carbon, addressing outcomes like water retention and biodiversity, provided a more comprehensive sustainability picture. Nestlé’s partnership with Soil Association Exchange highlighted how these insights build trust and credibility within multi-stakeholder partnerships. 💰 Value For Financiers: Broader data aligned with frameworks like Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) ensures responsible investments while building resilient agricultural portfolios. Soil Association Exchange’s Exchange Market initiative is set to be a game-changer in this space. 💡Key takeaway: The value of regenerative agriculture extends far beyond just carbon. Collaboration and inclusive metrics unlock multiple benefits for farmers, ecosystems, and the broader value chain, helping to encourage greater buy-in from farmers, while also meeting corporate needs. 👏 A huge thanks to our speakers and participants for demonstrating how a holistic approach to outcomes can drive change! 👉 What outcomes and indicators have proved most critical for Regen Ag success in your value chains? #PeoplePoweredAgriculture #RegenerativeAgriculture #RegenReflections
