🎉 LEANCAT Welcomes Jakub Matolín as New CEO 🎉
We are excited to announce Jakub Matolín as the new Chief Executive Officer of LEANCAT. He steps into the role previously held by our founder, Vladimír Matolín, who has led the company since its inception in 2016. Vladimír is now transitioning to the position of Chief Technical Officer, where he will continue to drive our product innovations and expand our network of partners and customers.
Jakub joined our team in 2020 as an electrical and software engineer, and by July 2022, he had advanced to the role of Chief Operating Officer. His contributions in this capacity have raised our engineering standards and refined our operational processes. Equipped with a degree from Czech Technical University, along with international study experience and fluency in English, Spanish, and French, Jakub is well-prepared to bring valuable expertise and a global perspective to his new leadership role.
Jakub shared his thoughts: 'Assuming the role of CEO at 32 presents a significant challenge, but it’s one I am very much looking forward to. I am grateful for the confidence that my father, the owners, and the entire LEANCAT team have placed in me. Our focus this year includes implementing a new ERP system to enhance our processes, boost efficiency, and establish the foundations for future growth. We will continue to enhance our test station portfolio and advance the development of a modular hydrogen production system. It won't be an easy feat, but we are confident that we will overcome all the milestones awaiting us, utilizing our accumulated engineering knowledge over the past years. We aim to become a versatile partner for research in hydrogen technologies, as well as for the production of green hydrogen in small-scale industrial applications.'
