We are thrilled to announce that we advised Kyotherm into securing a new strategic financial partnership with InfraVia Capital Partners. Through this transaction, Infravia Capital Partners will become the first shareholder in Kyotherm to contribute financing a massive €1bn+ investment plan within the next 5 years. Kyotherm’s management team and Andera Partners remain shareholders of the company, while Starquest, Noria, Johes, Bpifrance, CICLAD and friends & families exit the shareholder base. In less than 15 years, Kyotherm has become a key leader in the decarbonization sector specializing in renewable heating and energy efficiency solutions for industrial clients in Europe and the United States. To date, the company has secured 60 projects in 12 countries representing around 1 TWh per year of carbon-free energy, including geothermal, biomass, solar thermal, energy efficiency as well as flexibility & storage. After assisting Kyotherm with a €45 million equity fundraising with Andera Partners in 2022 and advising the company on the issuance of green bonds for a total outstanding of more than €50 million, Finergreen would like to thank Kyotherm and its shareholders for their continuous trust. Finergreen is glad to share that we advised Sorigué to raise a €20 million financing agreement for its subsidiary ESE Ecotelia Industrial with Solas Capital AG. This investment line partially comes from European Investment Bank (EIB) funds aimed at improving energy efficiency projects and the initial commitment could be increased by a further €10 million.
