31st December, 2024 was our Christmas Party at Fab Youth Camp, Aboabo Kesse and it was amazingly Great!🥰🎉🔥. The day started with registration and we proceeded to an opening prayer and to our camp song. We celebrated our campers who have been able to transition smoothly to the Senior High School level🎉. We proceeded to ask campers what they’ve learnt throughout the year and its impact, and they shared amazing lessons and experiences. One that stood out for us was a camper who shared that, due to a skill she acquired from one of our meetings on how to make pancakes, she taught her mother and she’s now doing it as a full time job✨. It was time for snacks, games, sharing of gifts and lunch 🎉🥳. We had dancing competitions, musical chairs, football and many other fun games. And there were a lot of gifts to give out so everyone had something to take home. We want to express our profound gratitude to all Counselors and mentors, both from Asiwa and Aboabo Kesse for your good work done 👏🏻. And to our Founder, Ama Duncan thank you for always showing up for us🙏🏽. 🎄✨ Fab Youth Camp-Asiwa Christmas Party Highlights! ✨🎄 Our day began with an opening prayer, our vibrant camp song, and introductions. We explored the meaning of "fabulous," letter by letter as our values, followed by a reflective session where campers shared lessons they learned in 2024, led by Lady Naomi. After a refreshing snack break, Lady Dora guided a session on what campers hope to learn in 2025. Then came the fun part—games like sack race and a dancing competition, with exciting gifts for participants! One camper shared an inspiring testimony about gaining a new skill through our meetings. We also celebrated outstanding campers for their achievements, including Most Active Camper, First-to-Arrive Camper, and Most Volunteering Camper. To top it all, campers chose from clothing donations by Lady Ama, cleaned the premises, and enjoyed a delicious lunch.
