The program brought together industry leaders and experts to discuss key topics, including: - MCA V3 Criticalities and Best Corporate Governance Practices by FCS Divesh Goyal - The Journey of CSR and the Way Forward for ESG by Parthesh Vyas from FULCRUM - Capitalising CSR - IPO Pathways and the Role of Company Secretaries in Sustainable Growth by CS Gagan Kohli from Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited Parthesh Vyas emphasized the crucial role of Company Secretaries in CSR and ESG. Around ₹5,000 crores of CSR funds have been transferred to Central Government Schemes in last five years, which raises a question on Governance.
