For example, through an extensive #ESG Training Programme, specifically designed in collaboration with RICS, and organized across the company between September and November. A few numbers?  9️⃣ countries,  7️⃣ training sessions,  over 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ colleagues involved from all Generali Real Estate functions: Asset Management, Fund Management, Engineering & Project Management, Transactions, Finance, Human Capital, Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance. In 2022, after a complete renovation and extensive refurbishment to the highest standards in terms of flexible office design, sustainability, energy efficiency and employee comfort, Cortile della Seta achieved the prestigious WELL Core certification Platinum. 🏙 At Generali Real Estate, we understand that the quality of real #energyconsumption data is crucial for protecting the value of our #realestate portfolio. That’s why we’ve committed to setting a specific target on the increase of real data in our real estate portfolio, covering both Landlord and Tenants consumption. Let's join forces to help Spain with the flood relief efforts.   On October 29th, a devastating storm caused massive flash floods in the Valencian Community, turning streets into rivers, destroying homes, and sweeping away vehicles. The situation is critical, and reconstruction efforts are expected to take months. To support these efforts, the Generali Group is donating €250,000 to the Spanish Red Cross to provide immediate assistance. Generali Spain has also launched a local fundraising campaign, and will add a matching donation to the amount raised. GRESB provides a rigorous framework for assessing the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios and assets worldwide.   𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 This year, the 13 participating funds managed by GRE SGR achieved an 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟴𝟰/𝟭𝟬𝟬 and an 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝟰/𝟱.
