Congratulations to Swiggy on completing its US$1.3bn IPO today, that values the company at US$11.3bn. This is the second-largest IPO in India in 2024, and marks one of the largest IPOs in India’s history. Prosus has been a cornerstone investor in Swiggy since 2017, and we’ve seen the company flourish in the post-pandemic era.   Overall, we’ve invested over US$8bn in India and support some of the most well-known companies that are driving and benefiting from India’s digital revolution.
