From undergoing a strategic review of our company to launching an optimized genetics product portfolio - SalmoPrime®, SalmoBoost®, and SalmoRobust®-we stayed committed to delivering excellence in quality, biosecurity, and precise delivery. Our team rose to the occasion amidst challenges, such as effectively managing ISA detection in Salten while maintaining our customer commitments. In Chile, we saw strong growth in ova deliveries, and in Iceland, our contingency plans ensured uninterrupted operations despite volcanic eruptions. At Benchmark Animal Health, we refocused on our expertise in sea lice management. We saw a growing demand for Salmosan® Vet and Purisan® and repositioned the business model for CleanTreat® /Ectosan® Vet.   Novo Holdings, a leading sustainable investment firm, has agreed to acquire Benchmark Genetics, marking an exciting new chapter. Novo’s commitment to innovation and sustainability underscores the immense potential of aquaculture genetics to transform the global food industry. The acquisition is expected to complete in Q1 2025 subject to normal regulatory approvals.
