Grappler - premium trust accounting software for the commercial insurance sector.

About us

Grappler is designed to address premium trust accounting processes and the automation of the credit control and debtor management process in the insurance industry, specifically the reconciliation of payments and policy data. We work with Insurers, Syndicates and Underwriting Agencies. Supporting credit control teams by providing end to end management of outstanding debt and specialising in the automatic reconciliation of direct / indirect payments & the entire premium trust accounting process. Our Grappler software is a cloud-based solution with seamless integration with your single or multiple policy systems, enabling simplified management of your unallocated cash and outstanding debtors, supporting all the different payments received including remittance files received from the different broking systems. Our team in Grappler support the process as much as the product. Our credit control software solves a common problem which is the time intensive manual reconciliation of direct and indirect payments. From our learnings working with multiple Insurers and Agencies, the Grappler software also provides a standard automated process for following up on your outstanding debt and reconciling your unallocated cash. Our software combines traditional rule-based automation with machine learning. Incorporating machine learning to lead people to decision points, reducing manual processes, decision making time, and improving the overall Credit Control and Accounts Receivable process.
