    At the end of February, we took part in EuroCIS - The Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology. During the 3 days, our team met up with European retailers and learned about their challenges and top priorities. The fair was centred around tech, from photorealistic avatars as a solution to the shortage of retail frontline staff, to interactive chatbots to increase upselling potential, seamless omnichannel experiences, to employee empowering tools connected to day-to-day work.     How do you optimise your hotel chain’s operations 24/7? Here’s one way: Ensure KPIs are accessible in daily workflows. 🤩 While some decisions may rely on gut feeling and experience, your business’ core numbers should be accessible where they matter, not hidden away in a manually updated spreadsheet or siloed in different systems.
