In a dynamic #localization environment, understanding who made changes and when is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability. This tracking can help teams quickly resolve issues, improve collaboration, and ensure the quality of localized content. Here are a few ways to effectively track updates in Gridly: 1️⃣ Audit Log (Enterprise Users Only): Access detailed modification information in your company setup. The audit log records all activities, allowing users to see who updated a Grid, invited new members, or created views. This feature enhances security and accountability within your team. 2️⃣ View Update History (All Tiers): Simply click the "clock" on the right-side panel of any Grid to access its history for the past 30 days. This allows you to see who made changes and when. 3️⃣ System Columns: When setting up new columns, utilize the three system columns - Last Modified By, Last Modified Time, and Created By. These columns help you quickly identify who created or edited content. Tracking changes not only improves your workflow but also fosters collaboration and trust within your team. Have you tried any of these features? Share your experiences below! ⬇️
