Discover the future of Mandai Wildlife Reserve as it evolves into a leading smart precinct. By integrating advanced robotics into the wildlife parks, this innovative blend of technology and nature enhances both guest experiences and operational efficiency, setting a new standard for wildlife conservation and visitor engagement. In partnership with Mandai Wildlife Group, we have developed a 2-year strategic collaboration using MWG as a ‘living lab for innovation’ to enable innovation, starting with large-scale deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). This groundbreaking effort showcased the first outdoor pilot of all-terrain AMRs tackling uneven terrain, varying weather, and high human traffic across different uses: 🔸Concierge services for better guest experiences and crowd management 🔸Delivery solutions for efficient logistics operations 🔸Surveillance to improve patrolling coverage 🔸Tele-operations for seamless remote management of AMRs The project aims to spur innovation, enhance tech capabilities, and open pathways for broader adoption of AMRs across Singapore’s different industries Explore how AMR technology can transform your industry and streamline your operations. Imagine stepping into Yue Hwa Chinese Products (Singapore), a historic department store steeped in tradition, renowned for its rich heritage of food, medicine, silk, and gifts. Now, picture AI powering its operations. Before adopting AI, Yue Hwa struggled with inconsistent schedules, conflicts, and low staff morale. They turned to Synapsify, an innovative company supported by IMDA's Open Innovation Platform (OIP). By implementing an AI-driven rostering system, they've transformed their workforce management. The result? Happier employees, reduced absenteeism, and smoother operations throughout the store. We are delighted to be recognised as a DBS Foundation Honouree at the inaugural DBS Foundation Impact Beyond Summit in Singapore! Our Cluster Director for Digital Readiness, Ms Joanna Lam received the award on behalf of IMDA. This celebration was especially meaningful as it marked DBS Foundation’s 10th anniversary.
