👩🏻🏫 Tomorrow (November 28th),  the biggest event of the year in Ukraine’s IT education will take place in two weeks! Leading IT education experts and practitioners will gather for the 11th annual event, the largest in the field. This week, we’re starting to share the event details! “We’re Proud” is a platform for real action aimed at creating change in society for the benefit of defenders, veterans and their families. It is a step toward a society where every defender, veteran, and their family members feel comfortable, have the opportunity to realise themselves, develop and build a new life. The first initiatives of "We’re proud" began at the start of the full-scale war when the bank started supporting mobilised colleagues. Today, the ‘We’re Proud’ projects are focused on demobilised employees, potential candidates, clients who are servicemen and servicewomen, as well as partners who share values of the bank and develop veteran culture. 🪖 Supporting veterans is one of the key components of the value proposition of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and is part of the corporate welfare programme WE CARE. On Wednesday (November 20), the last of this year's SMB Knowledge Transfer 2024—traditional events for small and medium-sized IT businesses from the IT Ukraine Association—took place.
