This October saw the HR team out and about. Over 7 sessions, they conducted training for 96 of our awesome managers all on the topic of Leading People Effectively. A big thanks to Head Chef Krys and his BOH team at Burger & Lobster West India Quay for providing a delicious brunch spread at each session, keeping everyone fueled and ready to learn. Here’s to continued growth and strong leadership across our teams. 💪

We are very excited that we’ve been nominated for our ‘This Is Not A Bucket’ campaign at the annual R200 Awards from Restaurant Magazine. 🎉 This was a campaign that 'ruffled a few feathers' but certainly made a splash on the internet. The R200 Awards celebrate the most innovative and top-performing operators in the industry, and it’s an honour to be recognised among them. Looking forward to the awards on November 4th! 👏

From London to New York and Singapore, World Lobster Day came, cracked, and conquered.
