Flashback to this time last week when we celebrated an incredible milestone! 🎉  Grand Scale officially joined the prestigious Connect to Success (C2S) Programme - an initiative powered by Kim Sawyer, Founder and Executive Director of Connect to Success, and championed by Ulster University - that connects women-owned businesses (WOBs) in the scale-up phase with executive teams from some of the world’s most renowned multinational corporations to foster long-term success. Throughout 2025, Grand Scale Co-founders Leanne Jennings and Roisin Garland will have the privilege of collaborating with a dedicated team of mentors from Goldman Sachs, tapping into invaluable expertise as they position Grand Scale for long-term growth and success.  This collaboration, led by James Westropp, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, will play a crucial role in guiding us to further expand our strategic partnerships, build a scalable infrastructure, and optimise our operations to meet rising demand. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity, and having Joe Kennedy III, US Special Envoy to Northern Ireland for Economic Affairs, announce our pairing with Goldman Sachs was truly a highlight. We were also inspired by the support from influential organisations and leaders, such as Jayne Brady, Head of the Northern Ireland Civil Service, and James Applegate, Consul General of the United States. Their commitment to fostering #EconomicGrowth and empowering #FemaleEntrepreneurship is both motivating and energising as we move forward on this exciting journey. We’re thrilled to see these teams already putting their training insights into action! 🚀 Hearing the positive feedback and witnessing the impact of these sessions has been incredibly rewarding. 💬 “The programme was an eye-opener and we found all the material provided so comprehensive and practical!” 🤝 “We loved interacting with all the other participants in the cohort, and the peer learning made us feel that we’re not the only ones facing struggles.” 🎯 “We had over a dozen potential target markets, but through the teachings of this course, we have successfully selected our beach head market. This focused approach has already paid off for us, enabling us to secure our first early-stage customer, and it’s helping us to raise more investment. 🔄 “We didn’t know where to start with our go-to-market strategy, and we kept going around in circles—it was a nightmare! This programme has given us a framework to follow, a clear path to launch and the understanding and confidence to generate sales traction.
