Iceland Foods recently hosted a #SepsisSavvy ‘Lunch & Learn’ at Piccolino in Manchester in conjunction with UKST. They invited some of their key suppliers to come along – the aim being to encourage them to help us spread the word and raise awareness. Rob and Roisin from Preveo also attended and told their recent, powerful and almost fatal sepsis story. UKST Joint CEO Sarah Hamilton-Fairley said: “It was poignant to hear that so many in the room had their own experience of this condition. Our annual charity day has become a staple in the Iceland and Food Warehouse calendar and this years event has been one of the best yet.
