The report found that a startling 4.8 million people cannot fill out forms to access essential services, highlighting how crucial digital participation is for everyday life in the UK. Fantastic event for the #consumerdigitalindex When Jemma Waters said her & her brilliant team would continue to do me & others so proud when I left in 2019 she wasn’t wrong. It’s grown from concept over ten years ago with a simple idea of how to use the banks #data4good to the dizzy heights of how one report can now in their own words underpin govt & many partners strategies. Well done Jemma & her incredible team & the banks data team for leading this incredible work & Lloyds Banking Group exec Jayne Opperman & others & NED Sara Weller for believing in how one report & its investment can lead to so much useful support for partner strategies. Lots more to do too but this report gives the evidence needed for orgs to invest properly into this agenda.
