🌟 Raising Menopause Awareness in the Workplace 🌟 Menopause is a workplace conversation that needs to happen, and it’s fantastic to see more businesses taking proactive steps to support their employees. This review highlights the real impact of creating open, informed discussions about menopause—not just for women, but for everyone. MenoHealth recently worked with a medium-sized remote SAAS business to deliver a World Menopause Day workshop, helping to drive awareness and understanding across their workforce. A key concern was ensuring male colleagues felt included, and the strong male turnout showed just how important this topic is for everyone. For businesses looking to prioritise employee wellbeing, menopause awareness is a crucial piece of the puzzle. Thank you to this company for sharing their experience and to our team for delivering such impactful sessions! If your business wants to start the menopause conversation, reach out—because supporting employees at every stage of life matters. #MenopauseAtWork #WorkplaceWellbeing #MenoHealth #EmployeeSupport #WorldMenopauseDay #InclusiveWorkplaces

At MenoHealth, we’re dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive workplaces, and we’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new workplace support programme. A key feature of this initiative is our new menopause support topics, carefully designed to keep the conversation alive and ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. One of our exciting new topics is: 🎉 Neurodiversity & Menopause 🎉 Menopause can be a challenging transition for neurodivergent people, yet research into its impact on those with autism and ADHD remains limited. For many, menopause can even be the moment they first discover they are autistic or have ADHD, as symptoms often overlap. This session explores the intersection of menopause and neurodivergence, providing insights and practical strategies to help make this life stage more manageable for all. Create more inclusive conversations and ensure every voice is heard with MenoHealth. 💛 📅 Book a call with our friendly team: https://lnkd.in/eUYkkpNd 📖 Request a free brochure here: https://lnkd.in/esyETgJJ #MenopauseAwareness #WorkplaceWellbeing #LGBTQIAInclusion #MenopauseSupport #InclusiveWorkplaces #MenoHealth #menopauseatwork #menopauseintheworkplace
