Excellent article on the changing world of passenger disruption. Well done Plan3 for hosting this summit. When the rules change, so must the players; and airlines are doing just that! As Swiipr has long advocated, this is an enormous opportunity for airlines to own their narrative and to deliver efficiency and self-service and to reduce stress for all involved.
